The Radio Show celebrated Thanksgiving Day at a little place off the Leidseplein called the PRE Cafe. Our friend Sam Smith had arranged with the proprietors to have the use of the cafe all during Cannabis Cup week as a base for his efforts to advance the cause of the Genesis Foundation. We made two episodes of the Radio Show back-to-back and had the benefit of enjoying live performances by Clay Windham & Noe Nurnberg and by Kenny Post, complete with interviews, the Opening Tokes--a "salad joint"--offered by our host, and recorded music from the New Orleans Jazz Vipers and Hound Dog Taylor & the Houserockers.
