My third and final show in Oxford this summer took place at Justin Showah's basement studio called Voyager's Rest. Our pal Scotty Glawn was riding shotgun and told us about the movie he made of the legendary Oxford band called Beanland -- and brought a couple of their tunes to play as well. We played a bunch oif music from the neighborhood by Eric Deaton, Junior Kimbrough, Afrissippi with John Sinclair, Taylor Grocery Band, R.L. Burnside and Kenny Brown, with a new side by Little Freddie King thrown in for good measure.
